By accessing or using Pursa (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Pursa is an AI-powered career automation platform that scans job boards, scores job matches based on your resume, drafts personalized outreach emails, tracks your application pipeline, and provides interview preparation tools. The Service requires an active account and may include free and paid subscription tiers.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pursa. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in outreach emails.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

Pursa offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Free trial: Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. Contact support for refund requests.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.

Pursa uses AI to generate email drafts, match scores, and interview preparation materials. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all outreach before sending.
• Match scores are estimates based on available data and should not be considered guarantees of fit.
• We do not guarantee employment outcomes or interview results.

The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by Pursa. You retain ownership of your resume data and personal content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Pursa is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
